Elektromontaż Wschód as a general contractor is involved in the construction of 110/15 kV substations in Reptowo for railways under the government program MUZA III and MUZA IV.
The scope of work includes:
- construction of a 110kV power line input equipped with a three-pole circuit breaker,
- construction of a 110kV transformer bay,
- construction of a power transformer station,
- delivery, assembly and commissioning of a power transformer,
- construction of the station, assembly, connection and commissioning of the grounding transformer,
- construction of the station, assembly, connection and commissioning of the transformer for own needs,
- delivery, assembly and commissioning of 15kV switchgear,
- delivery, assembly and start-up of 3kV DC switchgear,
- the construction of a 110kV cable line of traction substation Reptowo – GPZ Morzyczyn with an optical fibre line,
- the construction of the 110kV bay in Morzyczyn in terms of foundations and construction for heads, overvoltage limiter and disconnector,
- supply, assembly and commissioning of the switchgear for own needs,
- execution of the technical protection system,
- the assembly of lightning masts with the implementation of the grounding system,
- construction of cable ducts,
- execution of LV installation,
- execution of sanitary installations, water connections,
- construction of roads, station fencing with a soundproofing screen panel,
- as-built documentation.
