Information on the personal data processing
The information provided in compliance with the obligations provided for in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).
The administrator of your personal data processed for the purposes listed in the table below, in particular your name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, position (hereinafter personal data) is Elmont Grupa S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the PDA).
If you did not provide your personal data directly to the PDA, your personal data was provided to the PDA by the entity on behalf of which you act or the entity that provided your personal data to the PDA as necessary to achieve the goals referred to in the table below for the benefit of these entities.

Personal data may be disclosed to persons authorized by the PDA, the entities providing services to the PDA, including technical and organizational services, e-mail services, as well as other entities / persons / bodies to the extent and on the terms specified by law regulations. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country /an international organization. You have the right to request access to your personal data and the right to correct it.
In the cases specified by law regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of personal data, request to limit the processing of personal data, the right to transfer personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, when you feel that the PDA has violated the provisions on the personal data protection. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected, and if the provision of data is a statutory obligation, it is a statutory requirement. If the data is not provided, the achievement of the purpose for which the personal data was collected may be impossible or difficult.
Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making in relation to me, including profiling.

Please be advised that due to the fact that your personal data will be processed by the PDA for purposes resulting from the legitimate interest of the PDA, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose for reasons related to your special situation.
