It is a tradition that the Elmont Group takes part in the Job Fair of the Białystok University of Technology twice a year. This is a great opportunity to talk about internships and job trainings, as well as recruitment interviews. The last fair took place on October 22, 2019 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
The talks with the graduates of the Białystok University of Technology who work in the Elmont Grupa enjoyed the greatest interest. There were engineers with us who deal not only with electricity but also with photovoltaics or grid design.
The students asked, among others about how to apply for an internship or job training, where to submit a CV and what course of master’s studies to choose to work with us. Most of our engineering staff is graduates of the Białystok University of Technology – says Marta Prymak-Kossa, who deals with recruitment at the Elmont Group.
